CARL WEATHERS (1948 - 2024)
Carl Weathers, who starred as Apollo Creed in the first four Rocky films and appeared in Predator and in recent years, The Mandalorian died peacefully in his sleep on Thursday. He was 76.
Weathers, a former NFL linebacker became a Hollywood action movie star after starring in the 1976 Rocky. Weathers also was the voice for Combat Carl in "Toy Story 4" and appeared in Adam Sandler’s "Happy Gilmore" in 1996.
