If you're not a die-hard of Guillermo del Toro's 'Hellboy' series, then why not give this reboot a shot?

Starring an almost unrecognisable David Harbour (of Netflix's 'Stranger Things') in the lead role, 'Hellboy' sees a younger, rougher and more volatile edition of the character in a decidedly more grown-up movie. Oh yes, there is plenty of blood, gore and even f-words in this version, which sees him take on Nimue, the Queen of Blood, who tries to appeal to Hellboy’s demonic side, trying to get him to join her and to fulfill his destiny as a ruler of Hell.

Directed by Neil Marshall, the film also stars Milla Jovovich as Nimue, Ian McShane as Professor Burttenholm and Daniel Dae Kim as BRPD agent Ben Daimio.

If anything, it shows this reboot as far more in line with the original comics, even if it doesn’t look like it’s quite got the same design and feel of del Toro’s original films.
