Following the modest success of local army horror film 23:59, writer-director Gilbert Chan is back with the second film of the franchise - and what's more, 23:59 THE HAUNTING HOUR will be released on National Day, so if you want to demonstrate your patriotism without fear or favour, then you know what film to watch over that weekend!

The plot reads as follows: Recruit Tommy - a socially awkward individual, is the subject of teasing and bullying by his army mates. He seeks comfort from the compliments left by his readers on his blog that features fictitious army horror stories he writes in his free time. One day, he received a text message from an attractive reader and things started to go awry…

No army is safe from hell, so says the tagline.
